Cherry Hill Greenhouse is famous for its beautiful hanging baskets as seen in downtown Gaylord, Treetops in Gaylord, and The Harborage in Boyne City. It is owned by Judy Matelski, and operated by Judy and her family.
This photo was taken in Gaylord. Judy's flowers and hanging baskets are hearty and thrive in the Northern Michigan weather. Judy's baskets have flowers blossoming through November first.

The Process
The Team at Cherry Hill Greenhouse begins to prepare mid-winter and starts growing the flowers in February. When the babies are young, Judy and her team create the hanging baskets and potted arrangements, as pictured above. The young plants at this stage require a lot of love, attention, and care; another area in which Judy, Jen, and their team excel!
By late April the plants have grown, started to flower, and are ready for the planting season! Cherry Hill Greenhouse remains open through the summer until all supplies are sold out, usually the end of July.
We are opening May 1st, visit early this year while the full selection is available!
